Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Cincinnati, OH)

Redstone Drift Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Cincinnati. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on logistics cost analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Build reports on customer specifications that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of customer specifications. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
