Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Cincinnati, OH)

Rivermark Meridian Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Cincinnati. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on logistics cost analysis. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Build reports on carrier rates that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of carrier rates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
