Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Chicago, IL)

Lumen West Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Chicago region, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our logistics cost analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 829 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Build reports on cold storage that planners can act on. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of cold storage. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
