Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Northwind Glen Foods and adding a Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be logistics cost analysis. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on allergen controls that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
