Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Charlotte, NC)

Summit Sable Manufacturing is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on logistics cost analysis for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 112 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on scrap and rework that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Knowledge of scrap and rework. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
