Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Charleston, SC)

Summit Linden Farms is an agricultural business based around Charleston, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our logistics cost analysis. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on grower contracts that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
