Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Buffalo, NY)

Amberfield Umber Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Buffalo region. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on logistics cost analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build reports on billing disputes that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Knowledge of billing disputes. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
