Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Birmingham, AL)

Redstone Nest Community Partners is a Birmingham charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on logistics cost analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on client intake that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of client intake. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
