Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Redstone Bridge Energy and adding a Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be logistics cost analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on usage data that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of usage data. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
