Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Bright North Community Partners and adding a Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be logistics cost analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on food distribution that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Knowledge of food distribution. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
