Supply Chain Analyst - logistics cost analysis (Atlanta, GA)

Rivermark Lakeside Freight is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on logistics cost analysis for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Build reports on claims that planners can act on. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of claims. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
