Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Virginia Beach, VA)

Redstone Orchard Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Virginia Beach region, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our inventory optimisation. You would join a large organisation of about 862 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Build reports on meter readings that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Knowledge of meter readings. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
