Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Virginia Beach, VA)

Silverline Bright Water Authority is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on inventory optimisation for water quality, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on water quality that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of water quality. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
