Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Tulsa, OK)

Bluepeak Bright Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Tulsa supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our inventory optimisation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Build reports on donor records that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of donor records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
