Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Toledo, OH)

Fernwood Meridian Foods Partners is a Toledo food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our inventory optimisation. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Build reports on cold storage that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
