Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Northwind Oak Freight and adding a Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be inventory optimisation. You would join a large organisation of about 615 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on claims that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Knowledge of claims. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
