Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Ember Water Authority and adding a Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be inventory optimisation. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Build reports on water quality that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of water quality. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
