Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Vale Medical and adding a Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be inventory optimisation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on production lots that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of production lots. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
