Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (San Diego, CA)

Nova Sable Pharma is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on inventory optimisation for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Build reports on quality documentation that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
