Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Cedar Harbor Farms and adding a Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be inventory optimisation. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on grower contracts that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of grower contracts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
