Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Sacramento, CA)

Silverline Glen Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Sacramento region. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on inventory optimisation. You would join a large organisation of about 606 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Build reports on cold storage that planners can act on. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Knowledge of cold storage. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
