Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Richmond, VA)

Amberfield Clear Farms Group is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on inventory optimisation for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on cold storage that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
