Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (remote)

Silverline Harbor Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Hartford. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on inventory optimisation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on proof of delivery that planners can act on. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
