Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (remote)

Foxglove Nest Community Partners is a nonprofit in San Diego supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our inventory optimisation. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on food distribution that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of food distribution. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
