Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (remote)

Greenridge Field Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Birmingham supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our inventory optimisation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build reports on volunteer shifts that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
