Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (remote)

Fernwood Vista Community Partners is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on inventory optimisation for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on donor records that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Knowledge of donor records. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
