Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (remote)

Harborlight Field Community Partners is a nonprofit in Baltimore supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our inventory optimisation. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Build reports on donor records that planners can act on. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
