Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (remote)

Rivermark Birch Foods produces packaged foods at its Wichita plant. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on inventory optimisation. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on allergen controls that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Knowledge of allergen controls. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
