Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Granite Staffing and adding a Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be inventory optimisation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on retention that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of retention. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
