Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Willow Construction and adding a Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be inventory optimisation. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build reports on subcontractor invoices that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Knowledge of subcontractor invoices. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
