Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (remote)

Nova Willow Medical is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on inventory optimisation for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on clinical evaluations that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
