Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (remote)

Summit Cross Foods is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on inventory optimisation for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on cold storage that planners can act on. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Knowledge of cold storage. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
