Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Providence, RI)

Foxglove Quarry Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Providence. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on inventory optimisation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build reports on hardship programmes that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of hardship programmes. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
