Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Haven Medical and adding a Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be inventory optimisation. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on regulatory submissions that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of regulatory submissions. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
