Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Philadelphia, PA)

Lumen Timber Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Philadelphia and nearby communities, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our inventory optimisation. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on treatment plant data that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
