Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Nova Sparrow Freight and adding a Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be inventory optimisation. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Build reports on carrier rates that planners can act on. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of carrier rates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
