Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Bridge Farms and adding a Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be inventory optimisation. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on cold storage that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
