Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight River Community Partners and adding a Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be inventory optimisation. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on grant reporting that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of grant reporting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
