Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (New Orleans, LA)

Nova Field Staffing is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on inventory optimisation for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on temp assignments that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of temp assignments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
