Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Miami, FL)

Silverline Ivory Foods Group is a Miami food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our inventory optimisation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on allergen controls that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of allergen controls. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
