Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Madison, WI)

Amberfield Willow Manufacturing is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on inventory optimisation for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Build reports on customer orders that planners can act on. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of customer orders. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
