Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Knoxville, TN)

Cedar Stone Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Knoxville. We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to take on inventory optimisation. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on cold storage that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Knowledge of cold storage. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
