Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Northwind Ember Staffing and adding a Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be inventory optimisation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on candidate screening that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Knowledge of candidate screening. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
