Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Kansas City, MO)

Northwind Pike Manufacturing is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on inventory optimisation for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on scrap and rework that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
