Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Bright Vale Staffing and adding a Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be inventory optimisation. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Build reports on temp assignments that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of temp assignments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
