Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Houston, TX)

Lumen Ashton Foods is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on inventory optimisation for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on ingredient orders that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Knowledge of ingredient orders. • Experience with an ERP or planning system.
