Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Grand Rapids, MI)

Clearpath Forge Freight is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on inventory optimisation for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on claims that planners can act on. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
