Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Grand Rapids, MI)

Highbridge Willow Community Partners is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The job centres on inventory optimisation for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on grant reporting that planners can act on. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of grant reporting. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
