Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Des Moines, IA)

Foxglove Ashton Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Des Moines, and we need a Supply Chain Analyst to lead our inventory optimisation. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Build reports on customer specifications that planners can act on. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Knowledge of customer specifications. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
