Supply Chain Analyst - inventory optimisation (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Northwind Bright Staffing and adding a Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be inventory optimisation. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on client orders that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of client orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
